801 E Market St encroachment permit for street gallery vinyl installation
USA Image Technologies is installing vinyl artwork for LDP on the signal box at the corner of 801 E Market St (property owned by William F. and Mary Lou Marzian) as part of the Street Gallery Program. The install should take about two hours on a November day (finished by the end of the month), with a van parked in nearby spots and a small portion of sidewalk temporarily closed — crews will clean up when they’re done to brighten the corner.
