800 W Market St Encroachment Permit for Disney's Moana bus parking

Holiday Inn Express & Suites (applicant Edwin Campbell) has been issued two temporary bus-parking permits to accommodate Disney's Moana Live-to-Film at the hotel at 800 W Market St. The permits allow buses to park next to the hotel at meters on the 200th Block of S 8th Street (Meters 8-200A/B and 8-202A/B) from October 16–19, 2025, a $130 fee was paid to secure them, and the property owner is Rolling Hills Louisville LLC—so expect a little extra Disney-sized traffic downtown.
