128 N Birchwood Ave encroachment permit issued

Louisville Water Company is continuing a lead service-line replacement for property owners Shawn P. and Terry R. Dikes at 128 N Birchwood Ave, which includes a single 4' x 5' pavement cut on the east side of the street. Work is scheduled roughly 10/19/2025–11/01/2025 between Frankfort Ave and Field Ave with the road closed during shifts (plated and reopened at shift end); Joseph Sloan is the project manager, Basham Construction is the contractor, and nearby agencies including JCPS, TARC, Metro Government, METROSafe and 311 have been notified.
