1611 Norris Pl Encroachment permit issued; 4x5 pavement cut on east side
Louisville Water Company (applicant Chance Shely) is continuing a lead service-line replacement that will close Norris Pl between Deerwood Ave and Shady Ln at 1611 Norris Pl; crews will make one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the east side to access the water main serving 1753 Deerwood Ave and will plate the road and reopen it at the end of each work shift. Owner Stanley Real Estate LLC is listed on the property, restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, residents and agencies were notified, and project manager Joseph Sloan (with contractor Basham Construction) is the contact—work is scheduled for 10/19/2025–11/01/2025.
