2719 MAGAZINE ST 101 Encroachment Permit Issued

Brad Walter McBride of Louisville Water is planning work at 2719 West Magazine Street, Unit 101 (owned by Smith & Marshall LLC) from about 10/22/2025 to 11/21/2025. Crews will install two water services with one 5x5 street cut and one 5x5 sidewalk cut, closing the westbound curb and driving lane on the north side between 27th and 28th with traffic control and flaggers; the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift. Restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, six no-parking signs have been requested, and Patrika Barlow is listed as the project manager.
