1001 Breckenridge Ln encroachment permit for solar-powered camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered LPR (license-plate-reading) camera and Flock pole in the right-of-way on the north side of Dutchman's Lane near 1001 Breckenridge Ln for LMPD, with Norton Properties Inc listed as the property owner. The work (covered by an issued encroachment permit) includes a couple of tiny street cuts (two 2x2s totaling about 2 feet), a tech van parked in the adjacent lot, and is scheduled within the window Oct. 27–Dec. 1, 2025 with a short five-day on-site duration; a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan are attached.
