5712 BLEVINS GAP RD encroachment permit issued for solar-powered LPR camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for LMPD #226 on the south side of Blevins Gap Rd at 5712 Blevins Gap Rd (between Medora Rd and Autumn Lake Drive) on property owned by Melissa Beasley. The permit notes the pole will sit in the right-of-way, crews will park a van on the shoulder, there are no planned lane or sidewalk closures, and a site-specific traffic-control and restoration plan is on file for work scheduled between 10/30/2025 and 12/04/2025.
