6115 BLEVINS GAP RD encroachment permit issued for LMPD solar camera

Flock Safety (applicant Katelyn McKinley) is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for the LMPD on the south side of Blevins Gap Rd between E Orell Rd and Autumn Lake Drive, at 6115 Blevins Gap Rd. The parcel is owned by Muhammad Raja S; crews will park a van on the adjacent shoulder and perform a small 2x2 dirt street cut in the right-of-way, with a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan on file. No lane or sidewalk closures are planned, so it should be a fairly low-impact install running roughly 10/30/2025–12/04/2025.
