Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading (LPR) camera and Flock pole for LMPD on the north side of Blevins Gap Rd at 6109 Blevins Gap Rd, between E Orell Rd and Autumn Lake Drive. The property is owned by Do Dis Family Revocable Trust Relent, and work will occur in the right-of-way with a technician parking a van on the adjacent shoulder; the project is scheduled from 10/30/2025 to 12/04/2025. A site-specific traffic control plan and restoration plan are attached to the permit, so it looks like a small, contained install rather than major roadwork.
