9201 BLUE LICK RD encroachment permit for solar-powered LPR camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate reader camera and Flock pole for LMPD on the south side of S Park Rd between Blue Lick Road and Lazy Run Road, with the work located at 9201 Blue Lick Rd on property owned by HLW Properties LLC. The encroachment permit has been issued for a short job running 10/22/2025–11/26/2025, calls for a tiny 2' x 2' street cut in the ROW, specifies no lane or sidewalk closures, and notes crews will park a van in the adjacent parking lot while they set up.
