3217 Southern Ave Encroachment Permit for solar-powered camera installation
Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and a Flock pole for LMPD at 3217 Southern Ave. The work will be on the east side of Louis Coleman Jr. Drive between W Magnolia Ave and Southern Ave (techs will park a van on the adjacent shoulder), and the permit notes a restoration plan and site-specific traffic-control plan are attached. The property is owned by Joanna Burton and the permit has been issued, with work scheduled to begin October 7, 2025.
