Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate–reading camera and Flock pole for LMPD at 6622 Sylvania Rd, on the north side of Sylvania between Capella Ln and Memory Ln. The property is owned by Perez Xiomara Martinez; the issued encroachment permit notes a small 2' x 2' street cut, techs will park a van on the adjacent shoulder, and the job is scheduled 10/01/2025–11/05/2025 with a restoration plan and site-specific traffic-control plan attached.
