1620 Gagel Ave encroachment permit issued for solar-powered LPR camera setup

Flock Safety is installing one solar‑powered license-plate‑reading (LPR) camera and Flock pole for LMPD on the south side of Gagel Ave between McDeane Rd and Atterberry Ct, at 1620 Gagel Ave. The property is owned by Atteberry Wm Robt Jr., and crews will work in the right-of-way with a small 2x2 pavement cut, parking a service van at the adjacent lot at 1629 Gagel Ave. Plans on file show a site-specific traffic control plan and a restoration plan, and no lane, sidewalk, or road closures are expected during the planned work window from 09/15/2025 to 10/17/2025.
