1501 Gardiner Ln encroachment permit for solar-powered LPR camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar‑powered license-plate‑reading camera and a Flock pole for LMPD on a pole located just south of 1501 Gardiner Ln, on property owned by Joe D Cross LLC. The encroachment permit covered a small street cut (dirt pavement), included a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan, noted techs will park in an adjacent lot, and listed work scheduled from late August through the end of September 2025 — the job later passed final inspection.
