9204 Blue Lick Rd encroachment permit issued for solar-powered LPR camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and a Flock pole for the LMPD at 9204 Blue Lick Rd on property owned by MHF & O LLC. Work is scheduled 08/15/2025–09/19/2025, will include a small 2' x 2' street cut on the dirt shoulder east of 9201 Blue Lick Rd, with a tech van staged in an adjacent parking lot and site-specific traffic control and restoration plans on file.
