10500 Vintage Creek Dr applied for Encroachment Permit to install solar camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for the LMPD at the SE corner of Bill Town Road and Vintage Creek Drive, with the work located at 10500 Vintage Creek Dr. The installation — on property owned by Abell James H. Jr. — included a small excavation and two 2' x 2' street cuts about 6 feet from the pavement between the street sign and sidewalk, ran from July 7 to August 15, 2025, and passed its final inspection on September 16, 2025.
