8201 Greenwood Rd encroachment permit issued for ALPR camera installation

Flock Safety is installing one ALPR (license-plate reader) camera and a solar-powered Flock Pole for the LMPD near 8201 Greenwood Rd, between Riverview Park and Cane Run Rd. The property owner is Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Protection, applicant Shelby Ferguson notes crews will park in the adjacent lot, work is scheduled roughly May 23–July 11, 2025, and there are site-specific traffic control and restoration plans on file so the spot should be tidy when they’re done.
