9204 Blue Lick Rd Encroachment Permit Withdrawn for ALPR camera installation
Flock Safety (applicant Kimberly Dao) proposed installing one solar‑powered ALPR camera on a 12‑foot pole at 9204 Blue Lick Rd on behalf of Louisville Metro Police Department, digging an 8" x 36" hole with no lane or sidewalk impacts and parking the work van off‑street. The property is owned by MHF & O LLC, but the application was withdrawn after reviewers flagged jurisdiction and mapping issues (the road may be KYTC‑maintained and the maps showed conflicting camera locations), so the project is on hold rather than being installed.
