822 S Floyd St Encroachment Permit Withdrawn for ALPR installation
Flock Safety, working for the Louisville Metro Police Department, applied to install a single solar-powered ALPR camera on a 12-foot pole at 822 S Floyd St (owner: Louisville Jefferson County Metro GO). The plan called for digging an 8" x 36" hole at the sidewalk/curb with lanes unaffected and the work van parked off-street, scheduled for Feb 12–26, 2025 — the permit was later withdrawn for resubmission.
