4510 POPLAR LEVEL RD Encroachment permit withdrawn for ALPR camera
Flock Safety (working with Louisville Metro PD) applied to install one solar‑powered ALPR camera at 4510 Poplar Level Rd on property owned by Burgess Properties LLC. The plan was to dig a 2' x 2' hole, set a 12‑foot Flock pole, park the work van off‑street and restore the grass afterward, but the application was withdrawn after officials noted the proposed placement was on the private driveway.
