8002 WATTERSON TRL encroachment permit issued for ALPR camera installation
Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered ALPR (automatic license plate reader) camera for Louisville Metro PD on Watterson Trail between Bardstown Road and Starlite Lane, with work authorized at 8002 Watterson Trl. The crew will dig a small 2' x 2' hole in the sidewalk/curb lane to set a 12-foot pole, park off-street, remove excess debris when finished, and the encroachment permit lists the property owner as the Bell Living Trust and the work window as 9/30/2024–10/31/2024.
