4510 Poplar Level Rd Withdrawn Encroachment Permit for ALPR Camera
Flock Safety applied to install one solar-powered ALPR (automatic license-plate-reader) camera at 4510 Poplar Level Rd on property owned by Burgess Properties LLC. The work called for digging a 2' x 2' hole to set a 12' Flock pole and attach the solar camera (no sidewalk or curb impact, vans to park off-street, and grass to be restored), but the encroachment permit was marked withdrawn and is expected to be resubmitted with proper placement.
