Flock Safety filed to install one solar-powered ALPR camera on a 12-foot pole at 4820 S Watterson Trl (owner Bardstown Road Plaza Inc.), planning a 2' x 2' dig in the sidewalk/curb lane between Breckenridge Ln. and S Hurstbourne Pkwy and saying they’ll restore the grass and remove debris with their work van parked off-street. The permit was denied after reviewers found the map pointed to 8002 Watterson Trl instead, the traffic-control plan didn’t show how the sidewalk/curb work would be handled, and the restoration notes didn’t include a timeframe or removal of BUD marks — so it’s stalled until those issues are fixed.
