10016 Mitchell Hill Rd encroachment permit issued for ALPR camera installation
Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered ALPR (license-plate reader) camera on an existing light pole at 10016 Mitchell Hill Rd for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office; the parcel is owned by Aligned Strategies LLC. The work will affect the sidewalk and curb lane between Mt. Holly Rd and Caple Ave, with a work van parked off-street, requires no excavation or restoration, and is scheduled roughly from August 20 to September 20, 2024.
