4949 Dixie Hwy encroachment permit issued for ALPR camera installation

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered ALPR (automated license plate reader) camera for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office on property owned by North Dixie Cornerstone LLC at 4949 Dixie Hwy, between Upper Hunters Trace and Brick Kiln Ln. Crews will dig a 2' x 2' hole in the dirt/grass right-of-way on Grade Lane to set a 12' Flock pole (the work van will park in the Zaxby's lot); no sidewalk or road closures are planned and the grass and utility markings will be restored afterward.
