801 W JEFFERSON ST encroachment permit issued for Flock Safety ALPR camera

Flock Safety, hired by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, will dig a 2-foot by 2-foot hole and install a 12-foot Flock pole with a solar-powered ALPR camera along Congress Alley between S. 9th St and S. 8th St near 801 W Jefferson St. The work touches the sidewalk and curb lane (the crew will park off-street), the grass will be restored and debris removed afterward, and the property owner is Maha Laxmi Krupa LLC; the project is slated to run from August 20 to September 20, 2024.
