6406 Grade Lane encroachment permit issued for ALPR camera installation

Flock Safety is installing a solar-powered automated license-plate-reader (ALPR) camera for the LMPD in the dirt shoulder at 6406 Grade Lane, between Fern Valley Road and Crittenden Drive; the parcel is owned by BT Property LLC. Crews will dig a 2' x 2' hole to set a 12-foot pole, park a work van on the shoulder with no sidewalk or lane closures planned, and plan to restore the grass and remove utility markings when the job wraps up in the late June–end of August work window; Melinda Calderon is the permitting contact.
