14101 Victory Ridge Dr encroachment permit for ALPR camera

Flock Safety is installing a solar-powered ALPR (license-plate-reading) camera for the Landis Lakes HOA on Academy Ridge Boulevard with work occurring at 14101 Victory Ridge Dr (owner: Galicia Saenz Francisco). Crews will dig a 2' x 2' hole to set a 12-foot pole, temporarily close one sidewalk and the adjacent curb lane (work van will park in the curb lane and may not block or travel across the sidewalk), and will restore the grass and remove utility markings when finished between April 15 and May 17, 2024.
