413 Landis Ridge Dr: Installing 1 ALPR camera for Landis Lakes HOA

Flock Safety is installing a solar-powered ALPR (license-plate) camera on a 12-foot pole for the Landis Lakes HOA at 413 Landis Ridge Dr; Pace Cynthia is listed as the property owner. The crew will dig a small 2'x2' hole in the grass between English Station Way and Academy Ridge Blvd, temporarily close the sidewalk and adjacent curb lane with a work van parked in the curb lane (no sidewalk parking or crossing allowed), then restore the grass and remove utility markings when finished. Permitting was managed by Shelby Ferguson of Flock Safety, and the project was completed and the permit closed in June 2024.
