14418 Academy Ridge Blvd installing ALPR camera for Landis Lakes HOA

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered ALPR (license-plate reader) camera for the Landis Lakes HOA on the Parra Hector J Penaloza–owned property at 14418 Academy Ridge Blvd, located between S English Station Rd and Academy Ridge Pl. The crew dug a 2' x 2' dirt hole for a 12-foot pole, closed the sidewalk and adjacent curb lane with a work van parked in the curb lane, planned to restore the grass and remove utility markings, and the project record shows the final inspection failed on 06/06/2024.
