8215 ROCHELLE RD encroachment permit issued for ALPR camera installation

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered ALPR (license-plate-reading) camera for LMPD at 8215 Rochelle Rd, placed in the dirt/grass right-of-way between Chickering Way and Olive Hill Ct. Crews will dig a 2' x 2' hole to set a 12-foot Flock pole, attach the camera, then restore the grass and remove utility markings; the work is scheduled roughly between March 11 and April 22, 2024. The property is owned by Daryl Hemberger, and Shelby Ferguson is listed as the Flock Safety permitting manager if neighbors have questions.
