Flock Group Inc DBA Flock Safety, on behalf of Academy Ridge at Landis Lakes Homeowners, applied to install an ALPR (license-plate-reading) camera on a 12-foot pole with a small solar panel at 14418 Academy Ridge Blvd; the work would disturb about 1 sq ft with a hole under 3 feet backfilled with cement and requires no electrical hookup.
