1327 Payne St Applied for Accessible Parking Zone Renewal

Applicant James Sowders (owners James & Joyce Sowders) is requesting two accessible parking poles be installed in front of 1327 Payne St to support a disabled placard (48-199347, exp. 09-30-2031) as part of an Accessible Parking Zone renewal. DPW notes the poles were installed on 11/03/2025, but a Sowder family member called saying one pole faces the street and the other faces the yard and that she’d asked for two zones (staff say only one zone is allowed), so city crews will be sent back to check and fix the placement.
