A resident says a merry-go-round in Durham is scraping the ground
That merry-go-round near Durham is giving off trouble, according to a resident.
They say it “does not work” and when someone stands or sits on it, the board isn’t stable and scrapes the ground. Sounds like something under it may have come loose, and the city says the request was received.
