A resident says tree limbs are crowding Carpenter Fletcher Rd near Apex Hwy
Tree limbs and underbrush are crowding Carpenter Fletcher Rd., blocks 1100 to 1400, near the BP at NC55/Apex Hwy and Carpenter Fletcher Rd., one resident says.
They say the city’s branches there have “not been trimed or cut back..” That request is received, so the city’s at least got the message.
