A resident says the Lumley-Page light backs up traffic near 2225 Page Rd
A traffic light at Lumley and Page in Durham is giving one neighbor fits near 2225 Page Rd.
The resident says the timing changed after construction began nearby, and eastbound drivers on Lumley do not get long enough for the left-turn lane onto Page Rd to clear. They also say a car on either side of Lumley can sit “up to two minutes” before the light changes, even when Page is clear, and that backs traffic up both ways.
