A Durham resident says branches block the view at Welcome Cir and Cornwallis
A tangle of shrubbery, overgrowth, and branches near 1405 Welcome Cir in Durham has one resident squinting at traffic on Cornwallis Road.
They say it’s hard to see cars turning from Welcome Circle onto Cornwallis on both sides, and that “the grass/bamboo, and trees need to be trimmed back for safety.” The city says the request was received.
