A resident says W Knox needs a 4-way stop near 1001 Rosehill Ave
Too many kids, too little stop sign, says one neighbor about the corner near 1001 Rosehill Ave in Durham.
They want that two-way stop turned into a four-way stop, and they say folks already blow through the signs on W Knox heading east-west. “It's only a matter of time before there's a casualty” the resident wrote. The city has received the request.
