A resident says the light at 1118 Hillandale Rd changes three times
A traffic signal near 1118 Hillandale Rd is driving one Durham neighbor nuts.
They say the light between Hillandale and Club Street changed three times before they could cross, even with no cars on Club. “There is no reason that there should be a traffic back up at 7:30pm on a Saturday” the resident said.
They want someone to check the cycle timing.
