LG&E English Station City Gate Station has filed an industrial operating (environmental) permit application to install a natural gas generator and a natural gas heater at 211 N English Station Rd. The application was received 04/29/2026 and lists Tom Rieth as the responsible official with Jason Wilkerson as the environmental and billing contact, so the project is now moving into the city’s review pipeline.
