9207 Dixie Hwy: Applied for permits to build Nick and Moe's Convenience Store
Julio Perez is proposing a new one-story, wood-frame Nick and Moes Convenience Store at 9207 Dixie Hwy, to be built on a slab with no retaining walls. The plans must comply with the 2018 Kentucky Building Code and call for separate permits for a gas canopy and sprinklers (fuel tanks will need state permits), plus the project must not encroach on any easements or required yards.
