Police report a strangulation in the 1400 block of Oakwood Ave
An aggravated assault was reported on the 1400 block of Oakwood Ave in Louisville on Sept. 8.
Police list it as strangulation in the first degree, non-domestic violence. The case is with LMPD’s 4th Division.
