900 Baxter Ave applied for temporary vendor license
The Eagle is applying for a temporary vendor spot to sell Fried Chicken Mac and Cheese at the Highlands Festival on the 900 Baxter Ave block on August 22, 2026, from 12:00 to 7:00 PM. The stationary 10x10 black stand (owner: 900 Baxter LLC) has paid the $125 fee and lists three employees, but several approvals are still pending — think health permit, photo ID, and business paperwork.
