1711 W BROADWAY: Temporary Vendor License Application for Fireworks

Keith Fishback, doing business as Fish TnT, has applied for a temporary fireworks vendor license to operate a stationary truck and 10x12 stand at the Mini Market gas station at 1711 W Broadway from June 15 to July 7, open daily 10:00–9:00. The owner on file is JTS Enterprise LLC and $125 in fees has been paid, but several approvals are still pending — including a health permit, lease/letter of permission, photo ID, and tax registration — so the stand won’t be fully clear to go until those are resolved.
