Canopy Coffee Company is bringing a coffee truck to Louisville

Canopy Coffee Company is set to roll in Louisville. The city signed off on a mobile vending food unit for coffee, other beverages, and prepackaged snacks.

So if you spot that little coffee setup around town, that’s the one to watch.

The city has not published a date for when this began.
