Rae’s Roots, Vendor #184 Fresh Produce, is in the works as a mobile food unit in Louisville.
The setup still needs a fire check, health sign-off, insurance, good-standing proof, and a few more boxes ticked before it can roll. So for now, it’s not out there serving yet, but the wheels are turning.
