Highview Ice Cream and Coffee is rolling around Louisville

Highview Ice Cream and Coffee is getting ready to hit the road in Louisville with hand-dipped ice cream, frozen lemonade, coffee, floats, and hot chocolate.

It’s still in the works, though, with fire, health, insurance, and other checks still pending before the truck can roll.
