Toasty's Tavern is staying open at 1258 S Shelby St

Toasty’s Tavern at 1258 S Shelby St is staying open. Louisville has signed off on the annual alcohol renewal for the spot, so CHIMNEY BOYS LLC gets to keep the drinks flowing there.

One small note on the house rules, too. The DBA comes with “NO OUTDOOR CONSUMPTION OR LIVE ENTERTAINMENT,” so don’t get any ideas, neighbor.
