Health inspectors find mold and a leak at St. Bernard Concession on Tangelo Dr
St. Bernard Concession at 7500 Tangelo Dr in Louisville got hit with a failed health inspection on October 22.
The kitchen notes are a mess of little things that add up fast, from no sanitizer test kit and an ice machine in poor repair to mold on the ceiling, a soiled reach-in cooler, and waste water leaking at the hand sink.
Inspectors also found chemicals stored over paper trays, drinks sitting over customer food, unlabeled spray bottles, and foods like bologna, pre-cooked sausages, corn dogs, and popcorn kernels stored and marked wrong.
