Taco City 4 at 2860 Packerland Way Unit A in Louisville failed a health inspection on September 21.
The city says cold-holding units were keeping TCS foods between 60 and 50 degrees, when they should have been at 41 or below. Food that had just been stocked was moved into the walk-in refrigerator once it was found.
